WOW! Science Camp Cancellation Policy |

We understand that plans may change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our
cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our campers and the camp organization. Please
read the following cancellation policy carefully:
1. Cancellation Period:
• Cancellations made before May 1st will be eligible for a tuition refund, minus a
$25 administrative fee per registration.
• Cancellations made between May 1st and May 20thth will receive a tuition refund
minus $50 fee per registration.
• Cancellations made after May 20th are not eligible for a refund.
2. Notification of Cancellation:
• To initiate the cancellation process, parents or guardians must notify the camp
administration in writing via email to registrar@wowsciencecamp.com
• The date of the written notification will be considered as the official date of
cancellation.
3. Refund Process:
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days from the date of
cancellation notification.
• Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.
4. Transfer of Registration:
• Campers can request to transfer their registration to another available session,
subject to availability. A $15 fee will be charged once the transfer is complete.
• Transfer requests must be made via email to the camp registrar at
registrar@wowsciencecamp.com
5. Medical Emergencies:
• In case of a documented medical emergency preventing attendance, a full refund
may be considered, subject to review and approval by the camp administration.
6. No Shows:
• Campers who do not show up for the camp will not be eligible for any refund.
By enrolling in WOW! Science Camp, parents or guardians acknowledge and agree to
abide by this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
